The Socials were well organised, and though I would have preferred to have been on the Odessa Tour (fully booked up) Dnepr wasn't a bad place to "start".Kharkov was a better venue, with more women than Dnepr and more attractive women. It would have been great to stay there for the whole week, instead of Dnepr.
However, the Hotel in Dnepr was magnificent and the tour guides were fantastic. The translators were really, really helpful and if you had realistic expectations of meeting an attractive woman who wanted to come out to the West, it should be straightforward to find one. If you wanted to fall in love, or were looking for a super-model, that is much harder - but then it is anyway.
Would thoroughly recommend the Tour, but be prepared to do two or three to find what you really want"
