Thanks for inquiring about my experience. I would say it was by far the best in terms of services and attention provided.
To start with I arrived in Dneprostevsk Airport but my luggage was sent to Romania. Thanks to Todd (American rep), real neat cool guide, he alerted Alex. Who then took me to the Austrian rep who was rather amused by the event. Well, after Alex communicated my dilemma to the local Austrian rep a description of luggage was relayed. That was on Thursday afternoon and by late Friday afternoon I had my luggage. Very good service all around.
I want to add at this point that your Moscow staff as well local Anastasia staff were very good and very accessable. They were very professional and down.
I also want to add the hotel Grand Hotel Ukraine was really good. We spent much time in lobby admiring the local ladies walking by.
Although their breakfast was more expensive than anticipated.
In general the service provided was very good and professional. Todd our tour guide was like one of us and we could relate to him. His Russian was not strong but Alex and company made up for any inconvinience. |
